What we Offer
The Presque Isle District Library system is located in Presque Isle County with five branches in Rogers City, Grand Lake, Millersburg, Onaway and Posen. The Public Library provides free services to all in the surrounding area.
The library system holds approximately 95,440 materials, including books, audiobooks, magazines, movies, eBooks, eAudiobooks and a Library of Things.

All branch libraries now have WiFi Hotspots available for check-out.
An agreement must be read and signed before checking out.
The mobile hotspot can provide WiFi internet access for up to 5 devices with unlimited data and can be established in any location that has a mobile signal. Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Presque Isle District Library patron account to check-out.
The Michigan eLibrary (MeL) is a free online resource that provides Michigan residents with access to a wide range of digital materials and research information.
This statewide service offers full-text articles, books, accredited resources, learning activities for all ages, and many other resources that can be accessed anytime, anywhere with an internet connection! MeL also facilitates interlibrary loans through the MeL Catalog, allowing residents to borrow materials from participating libraries across Michigan.
Limited computer assistance is available to the general public. Please contact the library to schedule time if you need to address specific computer needs. Please see our services policy for more information.
